The hotel is ideally located, just a brief stroll from the beach and within easy reach of various dining options. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff provides excellent service. My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, being centrally located near shops, bars, and restaurants in Cala d'Or. The rooms were well-situated but suffered from noise due to a loud karaoke bar. The service had its ups and downs, with great views and entertainment but some rude staff members. The dining was limited to fresh cheese bread. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but there were clear areas for improvement.
